How To Order

You must become a member of our service to order your prescription(s). To become a member, simply click here - it's quick and there's no charge.

Ordering from CanAmerica Global is fast and easy! You can order online, by mail or by calling one of our Member Service Representatives at 1-888-788-1112. Please note – the fastest way to get your medications is by ordering online.

Ordering Online

1. Find your medications using our Rx SEARCH tool and add them to your Shopping Cart
2. Select "Checkout" and complete the requested information (Members note – if you've logged on as an existing Member, most of the requested information will be auto-filled)
3. Fax, email or mail us a copy of your prescription from your Doctor (see address information below)

Ordering By Phone

1. Call us at 1-888-788-1112 and speak to one of our Member Service Representatives
2. If you're not already a Member, a Member Service Representative will take the necessary information and guide you through your ordering options

Ordering By Mail

1. Print and complete an Order Form
2. Find the price of your medications using our Rx SEARCH tool tool and add them to your Order Form
3. Fax, email or mail us your completed Order Form, together with the prescription from your Doctor (see address information below)

How to Send us Your Documentation and Prescriptions

You can send us order documentation and prescriptions three convenient ways:

1. Online – Members can submit this information through a convienient online form after signing in.
2. by fax – Send to 1-866-982-9542
3. by mail – To the address below (note: sending Orders by mail will slow your Order down by the amount of time it takes the mail to arrive)

   Once we have your order, related documents and any required prescriptions, your medications will usually arrive at your door in 2-4 weeks.
